Welcome! I’m Natalia Bennett, creator of Happy Breathing, a program designed to help parents nurture emotionally resilient, connected families. With over 25 years of experience as a Montessori school director and certified Transformational Breath® facilitator, I have seen firsthand the powerful impact of breathwork and emotional awareness on both children and parents.
I hold a Postgraduate degree in Montessori Education and am a certified Montessori guide for early childhood development. In addition, I’m a Transformational Breath® facilitator and an international speaker, with a passion for empowering parents through practical tools that promote self-regulation and heart-centered communication.
I live in El Paso with my husband and our four wonderful children. When I’m not teaching or facilitating workshops, you can find me painting, hiking, or cooking with my family. My work is deeply rooted in helping parents and children connect to their authenticity, using the Montessori philosophy and the healing power of breath to create meaningful, supportive relationships.

The Happy Breathing Parent Course, "Breathe, Balance, and Bond," offers a transformative, heart-centered journey for parents to enhance emotional literacy, self-regulation, and compassionate communication. Spanning 4 modules, the course provides tools to foster calm, connection, and resilience within the family. Parents will learn how to attune to their child's emotional needs, understand and regulate their own emotions, and apply breathwork techniques to create a harmonious family dynamic. The course includes live sessions, guided reflection, daily breath practices, and a variety of tools like the Happy Breathing Box to support ongoing emotional growth. Additionally, participants will gain access to bonus resources, including a 21-day Heart-Mind Connection challenge and four weeks of live community breathwork sessions.
In this course, you’ll learn and practice the foundational techniques of the Happy Breathing methodology, designed to bring calm, clarity, and presence into your family life. With pre-recorded classes, guided meditations, and weekly live sessions, you’ll have everything you need to embody and share the principles of mindful breathing and emotional awareness with your children.

One monthly meeting for one year
